In what currency do I see the prices on the site?
All prices are in €.

I just placed an order what are the delivery times?
We try our best to ship the items as fast as possible. We ship from various logistics centers and the times for packaging and delivery vary between 5 and 21 days maximum depending on the item.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-4 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email info@blueoceandream.it.

I am not convinced of my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must send it back at your expense, once we receive the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel the order before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system for a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address what should I do now?
If you spelled wrong or you entered an incorrect address automatically, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm. After double-checking if the address provided is wrong, please notify us by email at info@oceanbluedream.it, If the address provided is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be granted after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
